Who we are

Benaa runs this site and is responsible for what it collects. Our address is Shebin-Elkom,Menofia,Egypt.

For anything about your data, write to privacy@benaa.digital.

What you send us in a project brief

Your name, your work email, and your message. If you choose to give them: your company, your phone number, the disciplines you need, where you are starting from, a budget range and when you want to start.

We use them to reply to you and to plan the work you asked about. We do not use them for anything else, and we never sell them.

What a client’s review holds

A client we invited may write a review: a rating, their words, their name, their role and their company. They tick a box to let us publish it, and may ask us to take it down at any time.

With a review we keep the address and the browser it was sent from, as proof of that permission. They are never shown.

What the site measures

This site does not measure its visitors. It uses no analytics tool and does not count or profile the people who read it. If that changes, this section will say which tool, what it counts, and that it sets no cookies.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies for its visitors.

Who can see your details

The people at BENAA who answer briefs. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, stores them for us under contract. Nobody else.

How long we keep them

A brief that leads to no work is deleted 12 months after our last contact. A review stays while its author allows it.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, for a correction, or for it to be deleted. Write to the address at the top of this page; we answer within 30 days.
